Default Windows 10 Install Crashing on Launch? - Try Combatibility Mode
I have installed P99 on two Windows 10 machines recently and both times I had to modify the properties of eqgame.exe to run in Win XP SP3 compatibility mode. This solved a launcher crash before the character select screen. Right click eqgame.exe and select the compatibility, Win XP SP3.
