Isn't that expected? Isn't the effectiveness of all click casted spells by pot or item determined by the level of the player? It's a level 4 necro spell the max increase is 10.

It's an SK specific change tho. Not sure how much atk other classes get from it now, but I assumed it was just the SK cast Grim Aura spell that gets buffed.
