The lvl22 SK Grim Aura doesn't seem to be giving any more +atk than clicky Grim Aura.

Isn't that expected? Isn't the effectiveness of all click casted spells by pot or item determined by the level of the player? It's a level 4 necro spell the max increase is 10.
