Oakwynd was a Kunark era GM event reward. While
Shrouds of Earthen Shadow were handed out when The Hole was released as a playable zone.
Shield of Hatred was during the "Bloody Kithicor" GM event and
Sceptre of Alk'Kabor was handed out in the great divide at some GM event. Not sure which, might be non-classic and from Luclin but there isn't much proof about whether or not it was. Just mentions being handed out in a Velious era zone.
Would make for interesting GM events. aka, cutthroat as all hell.
