I posted in petition to GM's ya -- it's too early to expect a response yet, but I'll let you know soon. If the GMs allow it, I'll reveal the name once I find out so we can spit on him in the flames section ;p I'm feeling confident they'll find workinggirl and the related main. She surely didn't *plan* to scam me until I said to give the $$ to wizard, so surely wasn't using a proxy or anything. I think she'll be caught red handed ~ Goooo SQL search!

Very little is known about Cast. What we do know, is that he is the only player persona non grata on all eqemu characters past present and future.
See a regular scam artist would have taken the plat and logged. Maybe they would have hidden their IP address.
Cast operates on an entirely different level. The character used in the scam was most likely innocent. The character that the plat was ultimately transferred to is most likely innocent as well. Not to mention the 4-5 other unsuspecting characters that unwittingly helped their "friend" wash the plat. If they were lucky, each only shared account info with only 2-3 buddies apiece.
If you want to find Cast, check the forest outside Crushbone. Rumor mill has it that Johnny Appleseed likes to wander the forest handing out coin in 100 plat increments to new characters.
