Here's the real question:
If this is a not-for-profit enterprise, there's a threshold of funds that it needs to have to stay operational. If Rogean were below that threshold (from normal donations), I have to assume that he'd mention it. And we'd give more than we even do now because the need was identified.
I have no idea of the workings of the finances of this place, but I can imagine that too much money could be as much of a problem as too little. Assuming not-for-profit and that the books are kept straight.
I really have no idea. But I do have to believe that if they were hurting, they'd put out a call for more.
