any class is good if well played, ive read everything, from necros are bad to pallys are useless and none of that is true. truth with eq pvp is that its like pve, just against smarter AIs and higher resists and lower hp pools with small tweaks on some things to try and balance it out, like spell dmg etc.
on another note, i still dont understand why you all have this mentality about 1v1 pvp, thats sometimes, but eq pvp is about grp pvp tbh, and there things change dramatically, theres no best class for pvp, there are right grp setups and thats it, even a ranger can land a snare on a maloed + tashed char under pressure before he can cure or pell.
