No it isn't. As there were other raiding guilds who took the high road and refused to fight broken content. For example rampage killing sont with 25, that is a clear exploit and blatant use of broken mechanics. They also used broken mechanics to pull past trash and skip a guild that was actually clearing trash as you are supposed to in ntov. On live this issue would have been fixed immediately the fact that it wasn't isn't somehow the GMs giving their approval to kill broken content. Would you go rob a bank just because no one told you it was illegal?
