I'm unsure whether this is a good approach for a guild that desperately needs members, but obviously I'm not the authority here.
I think its pretty funny, I joined the guild with the least people in it that griefed me, yet the same stuff that turned me (and others) away from certain guilds keeps going on, while those guilds complain empire has "too many members" to compete with ..
Good luck with your approach though, I guess
