In some other thread they confirmed that warrens will be in since it was pre-Luclin, however it's one of the last velious-era patches that we'll see on this server. I think it's close in timeline to the patch adding triple attack to monks.

Any idea when the patch goes in, timeline-wise, where the skill buffs go in for hybrids? I recall rangers getting their melee skills set to the same caps as warriors.
