Worst news (for me) ever. I was anticipating this change. I pretty much stopped playing after witnessing the ragefire situation. Came back today to check on this. Thanks for clearing it up. Sucks.
My cleric only lacks chardok/ragefire. My guild members at the time was buying hearts for like 30k. This change missed the mark by like 54 days.
