The age old debate. I'd say iksar or troll is best. Frontal stun immunity isn't much vs mobs that land a bash once a min (slowed + misses).
Regen is passive and always there. It's literally like built in FT for shaman, especially leveling up. Iksar ac bonus is nice. JBB is 33 dps sustained, which is also nice, even at 60. It's definitely solid for farming/adding dps in groups.
