So this doesn't become a one guild server, I would think that they should eliminate guilds on the server or hard cap guild sizes.
To eliminate spawn point griefing (though nothing on this server could be considered griefing, I guess), randomize new player appearance locations.
Also, I like the elimination of the /who.
But--should this server have YT? Should this server have global /ooc? I'd say no to the former and yes to the latter.

why not have YT? I cant think of any reason not to. Hell they should upgrade the YT to show a ss of the person who died in the sky:
