not trying to be a dick, but for a raiding guild Empire is awful at it as Rogean pointed out.

Its more the fact that their warrirors and cleric can wield these instant Cheal items so when the warrior or cleric can see the heal isnt coming he can tap it. Yes a paladin can do it but a little more power in the hands of the tank or ch rotation.
The servers are just apples and oranges. Both play by different rules and custom implementations
