Zero reimbursements is very harsh.
People can make level 1 characters get SoW, aggro Garadain and train him into the orcs and that fails the event. Permabanning those accounts doesn't do anything.

Right, so if you guarantee reimbursement for above, you don't see this sort of thing becoming the norm?
