err let me explain a bit further, when your family is rich, you might not be as rich or in a position to pay for the childs education, so normally rich families grandparents will foot the bill for private school to take the weight off the mother and father.
no one is about to dump that kinda money into a kid that isn't there son's. rich people look at children as investments, if it isnt their responsibility/kin they arn't going to invest in it. it's how everything works where i live.
