You are NOT going to find Good gear at level 4 trust me. Any Quest you find will be for you to have to be level 15 or more to even get something worth having.
Go to EC Tunnel and get some Buffs from a high level Druid and get a few more levels and start farming HQ Bear Pelts, and Bone chips. Sell them in the tunnel and get some better gear than you are ever going to farm at level 30 or more, for peanuts for some of it.
Or you can go to Blackburrow and do the Gnoll Fang Quest to turn in for XP. Or Crushbone for Belts for XP. Some people might want to get all their stuff the hard way, nothing wrong with it, but it gets pretty boring trying to kill a mob with a 6/40 delay weapon for 20 levels.
