I hear this a lot. But there's a problem with me taking a vacation. All the work in our office tends to gravitate towards my desk because I can get the job done. All of this snowballs if I'm out of the office. When I'm gone for a week, the following week will consist of two weeks worth of work. All that stress and frustration comes back x 10 during that following week. Then I'm back to square one.
I really just need a new job. That or start coming to work stoned out of my mind... or start playing EQ at work... or not because I'll lose my job and my family will starve since they can't eat the EQ food I earned while playing at work...
