I do think about quitting a lot... Really holding on because I was promised a promotion 6 months ago, but they still haven't hired a replacement for me to back-fill my current position. Plus I've been with this company for almost 3 years, and haven't received any increase in rate of pay. Just a bunch of "AT'A BOY! THIS PLACE WOULDN'T WORK WITHOUT YOU!" I'm stuck with a feeling that my company is always looking for a way to screw me over. This is corporate 'Merica after all.
Life's not all that bad though. At least I'm not an HVAC contractor like Mr. LGraves.
