The wiki usually just automatically copies the most current version of Allakhazam when the pages are created.
Some of the comments after 2002 (Skyshrine revamp) indicate she may have had her faction require bumped to a higher faction level.
Found this nugget.
Looks like she took a 2 month vacation and was removed in Early July 2001 and returned on August 31, 2001.
