Some nerd posing as a "truther" or conspiracy theorist wearing a bicycle helmet wrapped in aluminium foil wearing a loose tie to look even dorkier and carrying a pamphlet with "THE TRUTH" in order to play the parody. Oddly enough he doesn't need to be doing either to look like a nerd or a low T Beta.
I also heard that lollipops is a balding fat midget with no spouse or friends IRL and makes this nerd posing as a "truther" look like a cool guy in comparison.
