Educate me please.
Why would I want to spend double the mana for a shorter duration fear that's more likely to fizzle due to the spell level?
Are there level caps on fear spells?
Is the wiki just plain wrong about the stats of the spells?
An additional -5 on the resist check is completely inadequate to compensate the disadvantages the wiki claims.
