Slow is the single most overpowered spell in game. 75% slow being allowed to exist was an enormous blunder of original design.
But, it is what it is. Having a 60 shaman means you can slow the mob, cut its DPS in half basically. Reducing the frequency of cleric CHs and Shaman Torpors required
