also if this is the strongest argument u got, isn't it equally likely we're in some kind of sci fi prison invented by aliens or future humans? maybe we're from a bright white future of immortal "nephilim" with nanomachines who are very obviously directly in touch with the God of this universe, but we got caught raping children in that life and the punishment is eternity of reincarnation in the matrix, being owned by jews and dying at 60 of obesity.
Or maybe we're all part of some supercomputer & when we sleep each night someone is actually timesharing our brains to live out dreams -- last night I had a good 1 where a bunch of dudes with lacquered armor and swords were chasing me through a city, then through a restaurant, and we were throwing knives past the patrons at each other as I tried to escape. They kept shouting about some pretender (I think my loyalties were misaligned). There was even a naked broad talking to me before the chase started. It was a pretty good dream, strong narrative thread, tits and action, and I could see some tyrant enslaving me forever to sell the rights to role-play it. After all, I've never been to the 1600s, and something as complex as a realistic 1600s dream (especially considering that in this context, this universe is fantasy and the 1600s never happened like that in the actual world) must require an intelligent creator just like Norrath.
