Pack Spirit in Cobalt Scar
I had Spirit of Wolf when my druid ported in to Cobalt Scar (2nd slot), but when my druid cast Pack Spirit, the buff disappeared from my buff list.
I tested my Jboots, and they did not take hold. When I zoned into Siren's Grotto, the buff appeared.
