if zog had a way to release people from death by cancer why would he not just offer it and price it exorbitantly? The copyright system already exists and already murders people. People would sell everything they own for an actual cure.
The answer is simple: we are not ruled by aliens or scientific geniuses. We are ruled by petty schemers who study and master the behavior of men, and know very little of universal or scientific truth.
