If it's a see invis mob at 100%, it's just one more step:
mez, root, calm, mez (for blur), wait for mez to break, circle around the mob to see if he's circling with you. if he stands still, you're solid. if he moves as you move, re-mez until it blurs.

Just make an assist button
Mez and blur and assist the mob if your name pops up you still have aggro
