Anyway....I've been to that fort several times and anytime someone is camping I (being a 60 mage) just tag for faction.

Claiming you have an outdoor set of mobs camped? You do realize that this doesn't exist, right? I've been through the petitions. If they are outdoor mobs (static or roaming) you cannot "camp" them.
Now, that shouldn't throw common courtesy out the window.
