OH....humm. So my issue with the quest was when I handed the 1st focus item from Normon.

I went to WL after getting it from Normon, handed the focus to Pheno, he gave me back another focus, then I said "how can I help you" and Pheno said nothing.

So I hailed him. He responded back with the typical response for a player who isn't doing a quest. So I was dumb enough to hand him the focus I just got from him to see if there would be a reset or something. Ya, he ate it. EDIT2: I guess Pheno isn't responding to /say with him targeted then. Maybe this is a bug.

I think I can just start over, but I have a petition in to verify I won't be stuck again. Or maybe they can just reset my character so I can start the quest fresh again.

A guildy of mine just finished his a few days ago. So I know this did work.
