Djarn Ring / Drolvarg Mantle look like excellent choices to go from 60-75 on the dot. You're right on the head about being a dwarf. Thanks for the great suggestions.

I'm still curious about the exact math of being below 75 agility however in regards to getting hit more / for max damage more often.

Djarn ring is the only one that is expensive, but you have a fungi so this probably won't be a problem. From you agi of 60 with fungi you are either dwarf or erudite which means you can wear all of the above. Any 3 of the above will put you at 75+. Or even just the ring and neck, or ring and shoulders.

Oh, you also run slower when below 75 agi.
