There's more PvP than ever. Velious seriously contracts the world, and most people are situated in 4-5 connected zones. Finding PvP is very easy for those who seek it. I have to constantly refresh my /who for fear of seeing Bestagoog and Bard coming @ me [and even then it usually is too late [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] ] I think it's been the best of both worlds, PvEr's are getting lots of content to enjoy, PvPer's are getting lots of ppl during daytime hours to attack who are working on faction / gems / armor / legacy items / quests, etc.
