Really good, not a personal best but I had to change my route because there's a music festival being set up in the park I run in so hard to gauge any progress.
According to my phone app I burnt 880 calories.
Running a 10k (6 mile) event next month so working to see if I can beat my old 2013 time. Maybe I'll put up a charity sponsorship thing for you all to get involved with? Thanks for asking Corpsed
