Don't think 0 loots is the issue, its mobs not dropping the minimum.
Tormax for example should not drop anything less than 3+Head.
Statue also should be minimum of 3.
On here however we are experiencing only 2-loots dropping.

Vulak`Aerr is also only dropping 2 items and should be 3-4 with 4 being uncommon.
