Why doesn't Project 99 just release Kunark officially without a beta? - then all if not most players will no doubt flock to the zones - in turn players will find bugs and report them, then Developers will know what to work on.

The problem with that is abuse. Cause any bug or exploit will take time to fix. If its a beneficial bug and players find out about it, they'll abuse the shit out of it cause its easier which then cheapens the server.
They have to at least have a solid version to start the release.
