The WoW Nostalrius server is Red and there are 4k people logged on at a time, and by the sounds of it nobody is up in arms about a Blue server not existing.

Actually, there are lots of threads asking for a blue server, if only to take some of the population load off the main server. Right now Nostalrius is unplayable, unless you consider fighting over quest mobs with hundreds of other people in every zone to be a fun experience.
