Hello, I'm new to this server and haven't played for over 10 years but I'm enjoying being a newbie again

But I've noticed tracking really sucks and not how I remember it, which led me here to the wiki. I see that it was nerfed a couple of years ago and I tried to follow the link to the patch notes hoping that it will explain why but the link won't work for me.
I was wondering why it was capped at 50?
