Unbrella has a problem with facts and basic rational thinking. FE won a few targets for a period of three months. Never did you get more kills than TMO unless you counted Maestro's Draco's which TMO didn't care about or even batphone for years.
If you started taking PD's you might have seen a response. FE wasn't beating TMO... FE was beating loot fat people who were tired of playing and just waiting (For years) for velious to come out. Basically super interested people (FE) took a few mobs from super disinterested people(TMO).
Other very huge differences from red to blue.
Population. TMO could at least replenish ranks from the 1500 or so active blue players... and our raid force hardly exceeded 30-50 players.
FTE was the raid rule so even a weaker guild had a viable chance of getting a kill. Outnumbered or not.
On red with PvP you need to have numbers more than anything. Empire is raiding with more than double TMO's raids. Peak population on Red isn't 1500 its around 300 now so less recruits. Empire is raiding with about 1/3 of the total Red population at any given time. A small guild has little to no chance because they don't have the resources(players) to compete. There isn't a fte mechanic and any force a small guild brings can be overwhelmed by the zerg.
If you factor in that a vast majority of red isn't even interested in competitive raiding and the ones that are divided into multiple camps you end up with a very small group to work with.
Politics doesn't fix this because the inherent problem is most of the server just wants to join the loot train or doesn't have the time to compete anyways.
In the near future red is likely going to crash because Velious is the end game of the server. Once the players in Empire get a few of the items they want, kill AoW and Wake the sleeper there will be 0 reason to play here.

why would empire wake the sleeper? No reason to stop the pixel flows since you fay gates can't even field 30 people for a raid.
