I've been leveling up my rogues poison recently and I've noticed that a lot of the poison supply merchants don't sell the poison recipe ingredients that are listed.

Lists merchants up to velious, the classic merchants are in game now and are partially supplied, the merchants in WK sold lactera, the gnome in steamfont sold woodrose but was missing kingsthorn.
There's a lot of poison's that can't be made right now because of this
