a phrase used to describe the highest level of discontent and discomfort. a varient of "That really Rustled My Jimmies"

Jom: wow, Leo must have been Maximum Over-Rustled to do something like that.
i like the example, where it says rick it could say colgate. im ok with that, if i played here hardcore i would just compete, lead something and enjoy beating the trash, since i dont play but i like the truth and to point facts, yeah, im maximum over-rustle. i got a new name for a char also. gluck empire folks, its sad to see resistance names there, people who wanted competition now just feed the beast. cya on norrath
