Is this guy spawning properly? I've killed his placeholder ("the Kly Overseer") dozens of times the past couple weeks and never seen "the Kly" once.
The wiki provides his spawn rate as 25%, similar to that listed
here - although I doubt the accuracy of some info therein.
Don't believe it's Velious-related, as I've camped him both pre- and post-patch to no avail.
