I looked for 6 hours with bard speed on every island and even under the water and the bigger islands, basically the whole zone after it got rebooted and still couldn't find it, and the GMs hasn't replied me or anyone else yet about what they did to the planks, apparently there was some kind of exploit with the spawn locations. So I think they're gonna fix it and let us know (hopefully) besides I haven't met anyone who has gotten it after the reboot
