We have a static 8hr mob that drops some BIS/near BIS items, but requires 4+clerics (so a raid force). Figure something out involving:
Rotation period (prime time for those 400+kael populations)
FFA period (early US AM for those with long socks)
engage time limit (<=1hr, no variance)
public death timer post
