I did nothing but run around on a cleric and pvp for most of old world. Was in a guild called <Piranhas on Land>. Ranged from 3-5 people. Once the others stopped playing I mostly did solo pvp, until Supreme, Nihilum officer said I should join.
Perhaps you are just too invested in being angry at the #1 guild you can't notice the world around you.
After I left Nihilum, and took a long break I went Red Dawn, Hokuten, then Smoke Break/Blaze. Even tried to go Azrael when I thought Holo was Team Nizzar being remade.
Blaze was absorbed into Holo so there I went. I'm not a big guild hopper, the people make a big diff for me, so I stuck with Nihilum for a long time. When it pissed me off I just took breaks.
Holocaust/Empire have been the best thing I've done on the server though. It's a good mix a small number of old Nihilum, players that joined the server in kunark, and new players. Great leadership, lots of laughing and people not taking the game too seriously. I took a few months here and there during Nihilum, but if they'd have been more like Empire, wouldn't have had to. Just good fun.
I've been on the server since day 2 and I have to say Empire is by far the most enjoyable thing I've done.
Also talking shit would imply what I said was speculation, instead of mostly just stating facts.
I appreciate your interest in my history/novel.
