Yeah I think we took it back...But most violent crimes are down here I believe, so while we reclaimed our title, shits starting to slow down.
Actually I think another city has it. It sucks to have the stigma that Detroit = dangerous. There are the parts you go to and the parts you don't. Same for time of day. But the city part is rebuilding itself. The stigma comes from the surrounding neighborhoods. I'm about 9 minutes or 5 miles from Detroit.
