Just wondering what you would do if someone breaks into your house in the middle of the night. How would you attempt to protect yourself and your family from being raped and/or murdered? Alot of violent sex offenders start out as simple burglars. And even if you are fortunate enough to have called 911, there's no guarantee the cops will show up in time to save you.
At least with a gun you have a chance to save yourself. But if you're more comfortable just bending over and taking it then have fun with that.
