Troll/Iksar for raiding and leveling (pre-epic) is the only scenarios that I'd recommend non-ogre. Once the epic comes into play and you're quad dotting you can have some hairy situations where stun immunity is irreplaceable. IE getting that root off on a mob that's smashing your face in, so you can back up and throw a heal on yourself in order to stay in the fight. Additionally, ogre is very handy when farming named or come Velious when that interrupt is life or death. Comes down to what your goals are for that shaman. I still side with ogre.
