Need Zlandicar casting necro spells, the stun being single target, and the fear break code could use a look over. 255 MR shouldn't allow you to be feared for 20second at all. 10seconds looked to be about the max people got feared from 2001 Klandicar/Zlandicar videos. Most durations are 1-6seconds.
