I also highly recommend picking up some Bone Armplates (+5str -4dex) that drop from Ogres in Western Karanas, you cannot kill them but you can try to purchase the Armplates.
(Recommended) Often times people will sell them for cheap in East Commons prices range from 20-40plat usually.
(NOT Recommended) You can visit the Western Karanas and check the merchant houses for them (If you are not an evil race or hated by humans/barbarians). If they are on the merchant they cost around 5-10plat and sometimes someone's inventory becomes full while farming other items from the ogres allowing you to buy them off of a merchant.
