Dude goes over there and pays a "guide" to hunt down a lion. Legal Said lion is in protected space. The dude and his guide lure the lion out until he is not in protected space, and kill it. We don't know if he was involved in this part, no proof he was involved or knew it was this lion.The lion has now been poached.

The dude has a history of being charged for poaching, as he poached a bear in wisconsin.

Dude claims he had no idea, wants to throw his guide under the bus when he was told explicitly not to hunt this lionNot true., the lion is being tracked and taken care of and is protected.

So, history of poaching, shady practices took place to lure the lion on purpose, wants to blame guide. How is the guide not the primary person to take the blame?
