I've seen a cleric use a manastone in Kunark gear. An alt cleric, using manastone. He barely did it, and he definitely had skill, but it is doable in Kunark gear. Once he gets his plate cycle armor and the monk picks up a few huge AC upgrades? Skill requirement will plummet to be able to manastone kill it.
No Donals bp on this cleric, no VP gear. Maybe had Chardok gauntlets but thats about it.
